On Friday 15th November, the fire brigade was called and attended Lechlade Marina at 6:50am after reports of a fire on a boat. Police are currently on the scene and there is an investigation underway.
The safety of our customers is always of the upmost priority, and we are cooperating fully with the emergency services.
Part of the marina remains closed and the marina management team are on hand to support anyone affected while we await further information.
We are delighted to once again be taking part in the annual Lechlade Flag Festival. Our flag can be found in High Street, towards the Marina entrance, on the old Methodist Church.

This weekend, the Fairford & Lechlade Business Club held the ceremony for its annual business awards…and we’re delighted to say that Lechlade Marina won New Business of the Year!
This kind of recognition reassures us that all the hard work we’ve put in over the past couple of years has been utterly worthwhile and we’re incredibly grateful to the first-class contractors and suppliers that have done the more specialist work, as well as all our moorers that have helped out. Together, we’ve been able to completely turn the marina around, from a run-down facility with a bad reputation into something that’s a real benefit to the town.
A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us and to Fairford & Lechlade Business Club for giving us the award.
